Join us on an unforgettable cruise from Bergen, where we’ll take you deep into the heart of Norway's dramatic fjords, through the beautiful Osterfjord, and all the way to the narrow and majestic Mostraumen.

Departure from Bergen

The journey begins at Bergen harbor, where you’ll be warmly welcomed aboard a modern and comfortable high-speed boat. As we sail out of the harbor, you'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the city of Bergen, surrounded by the famous Seven Mountains. Leaving the city behind, the fjord opens up, and you can sit back and relax while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Through the Osterfjord

After about an hour, we enter the Osterfjord, a stunning narrow fjord lined with steep mountains on both sides. The fjord takes us deep into the West Norwegian landscape, where we pass by charming villages and green hillsides that plunge into the crystal-clear fjord waters. The boat is designed to get close to nature, allowing you to experience the towering mountains, waterfalls, and wild landscapes up close.

The experience at Mostraumen

One of the highlights of the trip is when we approach Mostraumen, a narrow passage that barely gives the boat room to navigate. Here, you’ll feel the power of the fjord as the steep cliffs rise dramatically from the water on either side. Along the fjord arms, we’ll encounter several majestic waterfalls cascading down the mountain sides. The boat often gets so close to one of the waterfalls that you can feel the refreshing mist of the mountain water.

Wildlife and spectacular waterfalls

In this part of the fjord, there’s a good chance of spotting wildlife. The fjord is home to a variety of seabirds, and if we’re lucky, we might even catch a glimpse of an eagle soaring above. The impressive waterfalls, fed by glaciers high up in the mountains, are also a fantastic part of the experience.

There are opportunities to go ashore in Modalen, here you can also have lunch, dinner or just an ice cream before the trip returns.

Return to Bergen

After experiencing the dramatic landscapes of Mostraumen, we’ll set course back to Bergen. Enjoy the relaxing return journey as you take in one last view of the stunning fjord scenery. The tour ends where it began, at Bergen harbor, leaving you with memories of three hours of magical nature experiences.
